Service Cancellation
- Clients may request cancellation of services as per terms in their signed agreement or contract.
- For monthly or retainer services, cancellations must be requested in writing at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle.
- Setup or onboarding fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
- Advance payments made for project-based or long-term contracts are non-refundable, except in cases where WeberLite is unable to deliver the agreed service.
- Refund requests (if any) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with contract terms.
- No refunds will be issued for work already completed or services already rendered.
- Processing fees or payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

- All approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
